A lovely restaurant in the center of town, run by the Foyles. Fresh, seasonal ingredients (locally sourced where possible) are used. They specialize in seafood and traditional Irish dishes. The restaurant is located in a quaint setting, filled with interesting artifacts that tell the story of Connemara and the hotel. You can expect professional and friendly service, creative cuisine, and a relaxed atmosphere, all at a reasonable price. A must-try if you're visiting Clifden.

We had a wonderful dining experience in Marconi. We walked in with no booking and they were able to facilitate us and a pram. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic, we had the Connemara lamb and it was cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend dining here if you are in Clifden.

Easily my favourite restaurant in Clifden, staff are always friendly, welcoming and attentive. Food is great, I always try to get a visit in when in town, either alone or with friends and family and I suggest you do too. Be sure to reserve ahead to ensure a table during the busy periods in the summer months or when there are events on in town.

Wow Amazing Quality ingredients. The salmon, lamb, beef, cooked to perfection Wine served by the half bottle option, which we loved And staff who care and take pride in what they do. A true gem of a place Highly recommend

After having had a delicious time, both on the plate and in this charming restaurant... We decided to return for a second evening, just as delicious. The lamb is succulent, the products are fresh, as for the Irish coffee... And the service is impeccable!! Thanks to the entire team in the dining room and in the kitchen

We had a group birthday dinner last night in the Marconi and it was excellent. From food to service we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back.

Superb place to eat. Great value for money. The food was excellent quality and generous portions. The menu is varied with something to suit everyone's taste. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. If you're anywhere near Clifden, this is the place to eat.
