The weather wasn't great but the food here was!!! We learned that if you don't eat before 6, you'll have to wait until after 830...but that's true everywhere. Cute place, worth stopping by:)

I opted for 2 starters French onion soup and then the cheese tartlet which were both excellent. the men ordered the bacon collar dish and unfortunately the cabbage was cold. The restaurant replaced them and only charged us half price. The bacon was so delicious.

Deutlich oberhalb vom Programm der üblichen (Gastro)Pubs speist man hier auf eindeutigem Restaurant Niveau. Wenn es auch, gerade am Wochenende von der Gespächslautstärke hoch her gehen kann. War innerhalb der ersten 8Tage in Irland mein kulinarischer Höhepunkt. Reservierung empfohlen, wir waren walk-ins und bekamen einen freien Tisch in 80 Minuten angeboten. So viel Glück hat man nicht immer. Service übrigens aufmerksam und gut.

Each course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—creative yet comforting, with the kind of attention to detail that makes every bite memorable. The atmosphere was intimate and elegant without being pretentious, which allowed us to fully relax and savor the evening. It was clear why The Glass Curtain has earned its Michelin star- it exceeded every expectation. This meal was a highlight of our trip, and we will absolutely return when we are back in Ireland.
