Lovely spot in Westport for music and a pint

One of the best pubs I've visited in Ireland. World-class musicians flock here every day of the week and drop in on trad sessions hosted by one of the world's most influential musicians of all time, Matt Malloy. Craic is amazing, pints are some of the best pours in Ireland. Tourists mingle with locals alike in a warm and friendly public house. Younger crowd in the back and music was also top tier playing originals and covers. All lead to an evening I'll never forget

Far too expensive for what it is. The portions are lacking in generosity, and the service was just okay. The place's reputation seems overrated.

Had a great experience here and got to hear some trad music by wonderful musicians. Everyone was so jovial, welcoming, and in good spirits. Great craic!

Great place for a pint and listen to some traditional music

Fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff, wonderful ceilí. Was too busy for comfort for long.

Great sessions in the Yard Bar with the After Eights and Garvey Family
