Brilliant pub, great Guinness and Seamus and his apprentice are an absolute delight. The hype about this place, isn’t hype.

Great people (shoutout to clem, francis and theresa) Great music Great ambience Prices are a bit steep but if you get to catch some of the live music, my god is it worth it

A great spot for Irish trad music and fine pub.

Matt Mollloys an amazing pub live music every night and even during the day traditional music played by Americans Italians and French there could be anyone playing there. A glass of guinneas was the cheapest in the town. Bar men very chatty especially to tourists from America for example. The pub can be packed in the evenings even on a weekday. I fell in love with this place. Plus I left my bag behind got it back the next day all belongings untouched. Yeah sound out

We had to try a Guinness at the most famous pub in Westport. Great atmosphere and friendly people. Highly recommend for a taste of traditional Irish pub culture.
