Matt The Millers Bar & Restaurant in Kilkenny

On 04.17.2025 I was in this place for lunch with my wife and daughter. The place is beautiful, excellent food, attentive staff and always with a very good smile

Went for pints and food. Ordered the sample platter. Loved the atmosphere and live music. 10 out of 10!!!

Great bar, awesome food and fantastic service! Been here four/five times and have never once been disappointed!

We went for early dinner so the bar was not really hot but we were with our kids and boy did we enjoy our food! The service was very friendly. Took good care of us. Kids had fish and chips and I had ribs that were very moist and fall off the bone! Wife had pizza and it was good for her too

The young girl who served our table was so lovely. Great atmosphere, great sevice, great food, great Guinness, great pub..... what me could you ask for??

They have a dedicated vegan menu, you just have to ask for it. The veggie steak I got was delicious (it’s under the tomatoes and bigger than it looks here) and came with fries (I believe you have the choice between sweet potato & regular) & a salad, making it a well-rounded meal. My only suggestion would be to advertise the vegan menu more, like maybe a little ‘vegan-friendly’ sticker on the door. But Happy Cow got me here, and I’m really glad it did.

Stopped in for a bite to eat after touring Kilkenny Castle. My wife and I split the appetizer platter for €18 and could not finish. Definitely a good stop with all the choices in the area.

I can't understand the last few reviews from this place. I went for the burger....was very nice the chips were standard but no big deal. Had 2 lints with it...went down well.Service was great. Staff very attentive,especially a young girl on the floor. She was great,regularly checking tables and making sure everyone was happy. Would return.
