My nuggets took so long and you know what the worst bit is? I ordered spicy chili dip and they gave me rich tomato dip which is completely different, I didnt notice this because I got a takeaway but they also didnt give me a straw either!! What the hell!!!

Never had a bad experience visiting McDonald's in Castlebar.The food is always fresh,hot and promptly delivered to our table.The price is crazy but that's everywhere unfortunately.

As we were driving up to the window, I said "wow this fast food really is fast!" And then we saw a gorgeous black woman who greeted us at the window with the best smile I've ever seen. Her customer service made my day..give that girl a raise!

Very quick and tasty food. The place is always packed with a line of cars stretching out to the main road for cars attempting to go through the drive through. It is a bit too busy to enjoy some quiet downtime, with alot of kids. But the prices are unbeatable.

30/03/2026: Always top service and food and clean. My daughter is very hygiene conscious. Kids made a mistake on their milkshake order but the girl there changed it for her with no issue. Was on my way to the hospital to see a sick disabled friend and when I asked for it to be double bagged because I was going into the hospital they threw in a complimentary drink. Can't recommend highly enough.
27/03/2026: Was here refeito sample the award winning fish, safe to say wasn't disappointed, and the child were divine also, nice place and nice atmosphere

08/02/2026: The Manger that served me was extremely friendly and helpful. (Male manager maybe mid to late 30's.) Really tasty burger. Shame they don't do Gluten free options though.
06/01/2026: Irish beef burger was tasty ♬◉⁠‿⁠◉ However, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell
