McDonald's in Cork

The kiosk machines are missing the till rolls to print the receipt. I used a company card and need a receipt for tax purposes. A Indian looking man in a red shirt promised me to get me a receipt, but he just trow my order number on the bin and walked away. I waited some time and 2 people where trying to sort out the recipt but with no success. Eventually the manager came (nice young man, had nice manners) and finally sorted the problem and i got thr receipt. It should no be this difficult.

Food was well, the service terrible. The order machine didn't have any paper left in the printer (2 vists in a row) and it took around 20 minutes to get an average order.

Everything is great in principle. But we ordered tea with milk - they gave it without milk😅plus be prepared that the toilet does not work after 22.00 although Mac himself works until 00.00

The place is great, food is great and specially the customer service by Dinesh was very welcoming and helpful
