Super disco throwback to 80's & 90's

I went to the 30÷ disco yesterday. It was very techno and most of us oldies there would have preferred dance singalong music, leave the techno every other song. Most of the crowd were 50+ . DJ read your audience..

went in for some soup and a couple pints with a friend. Soup was very tasty and a massive portion compared to some youd get in other places. Our server was the absolute highlight of the night. I cant remember her name but it began with an ‘M’ and she checked up on us often and was very chatty and friendly. Would go back solely to see her again as she was hilarious

End of the evening in this pub. Great atmosphere.

Caught live music and they were extremely Accommodating for a large group on a Friday night.

I am so sorry to leave a review like this, but it is what we have experienced. The atmosphere was OK so was the pint of Murphys. The girl serving us was very polite, but lost too. She forgot one of our meals after we have repeated the order twice. Than my bacon and cabbage was so tough and blank with no taste so needed to send it back (first time I do that) and I was asked would I like something else, so I have asked for something simple and quick so don't hold the others from the company, chicken gujons and chips. Guess what, burned biter dark chicken with not cooked enough chips. Wouldn't be back! Sorry!

The food was fantastic comfert food

My wife and I stopped by for dinner while we were walking around the west end. We sat outside at one of the street tables and "people- watched". The bacon & cabbage, as well as the leek sausages were excellent.

Buena comida, buena música, personal absolutamente maravilloso y amable. La sonrisa y la diligencia no son forzadas, son algo natural en este equipo de camareros, camareras y bármanes altamente competentes. Ambiente relajante, rincones cómodos, lleno de gente pero no agobiante el viernes por la noche que estuve allí. Una experiencia muy buena que repetiré cada vez que vuelva a Galway (especialmente si tienen artistas en vivo).
