Great time here! Wonderful music venue. Highly recommended.

Dropped in to Monroe's on a raining Sunday lunch time, visiting from Coventry. Food was excellent, service was really good. Would highly recommended a visit.

Lovely pints! I split the G twice in a row here, I have no proof other than my word and 2 witnesses who won't be able to back me up on here.

We paid €9 for a Guinness and a Coca Cola. The place is very cozy and with a very good atmosphere. My friend and I were absolutely enthralled with the man who was playing his guitar in the pub. Very Irish. Super recommended. I will return.

We visit Monroe's every time we come to Galway which is at best twice a year. When we came here a couple of years ago we liked the atmosphere and the staff were friendly. We got food and myself and my partner are both a lover of wings so we got them and have been raving about them ever since. We always say we need to come back even just for the wings. Meaty and saucy 🤌🏻 We came here today and got the wings to share, nice large size portion but would have to be for €17. I got the chicken gujons coated in panko bread crumbs which is always a win for me if done right, chips with salad. It was lovely. My partner got the chicken ceaser salad wrap, looked a decent size wrap when it came out, he ate into it and half way through - thought he didn't taste much chicken, so we picked apart the other half wrap and there was actually no chicken in the wrap atall. We finished up and said it to the waitress and she apologized brought it to the kitchen and came back out 2/3 mins later and said yeah there wasn't actually any chicken and not sure how the mistake was made Upon paying we were still charged the full price for the wrap which was 12 euro which is disappointing considering there wasn't chicken which is the dearest part of the makings of the wrap. Over all the experience like all the times we've been was grand, we do like the place and in general always have a good experience in there.

Sono andata con un’amica in questo locale molto carino stile irlandese, sempre molto affollato. Grande varietà di birre, gin e whisky. Cena tipica da pub con prezzi nella media. Vi consiglio di cercare posto per la cena abbastanza presto, verso le 21 chiude la cucina. Siamo stati serviti da una ragazza gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo preso un hamburger e l’Halloumi grigliato servito con in salata, un formaggio tipico, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
