Absolutely incredible food and service. Fish & chips were elite, as was the special of lemon diver sole with broccoli rabe - which perhaps was my favorite meal I’ve ever had on vacation - and to top it all off the brown bread was incredible. I bought two loafs to go home with. Lovely family, lovely place.

We had to make a reservation and it was fully booked. They were turning customers away. We had our own private dining room with a window looking outside but I still had a bit of an atmosphere. There was a couple of seats in the window outside the room which looked for looked as if it was for walk-ins but I would highly recommend booking. The food was excellent. My wife had six oysters and I had thermadord oysters which were absolutely banging. Then my wife had the hot prawn tiger prawn salad and I had the catch of the day which was place and then I had a dessert which was a carrageen pudding. As we went for lunch we didn't drink we just had a couple bottles of fizzy water. The service was excellent. You didn't feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

5 star for everything. The food was superb, Chowder @11.00e, Salmon Cakes 13.50,, Morans Lager 6.90, Pino Grig 9.00. It does not get much better than sitting by the river on a Sunday afternoon eating good food, drinking cold beer and wine after having watched Galway smash Wexford in the last 10 minutes of hueling at Pearse Park 1-29 to 2-16.
The atmosphere was relaxed and the wait staff did a fine job in serving and inter acting with diners.

After many kilometers along the ocean coast, a wonderful place: quality Irish pub where you can eat delicious fish and fabulous oysters at a moderate cost! Friendly and professional staff, very helpful! Delicious local beer! Excellent quality salmon! Warm and welcoming environment full of locals! Really satisfying, well done!!! A stone's throw from Galway in an area that isn't beautiful in my opinion but it's still worth the trip if you're traveling!!!

A marine haven where crab and salmon reach excellence, enhanced by impeccable freshness. The setting, between tradition and coastal charm, enchants from the moment you arrive. The service lacks a little of the refinement of a large French house but it makes up for it with its responsiveness and welcoming simplicity. An authentic stopover for seafood lovers.

An absolute must if in the area, Moran’s always delivers exceptional food and service. We’ve lost count of the times we have been here however when over visiting family, it’s always on the list.
The seafood menu is delectable, we enjoyed crab claws to start, these are the best I have ever had, a generous portion of decent sized claws in the most delicious garlic butter light sauce, to follow we enjoyed Moran’s seafood special, smoked salmon, prawns, crab with Marie Rose sauce and crisp salad and whole Dover sole on the bone with butter sauce, lyonnaise potatoes and tender stem broccoli. With plenty of home made brown bread to soak up sauce/juices we were suitable satisfied. We shared a pavlova to finish which was fabulous and so tasty.
The service is always exceptional, so friendly and genuine.
We absolutely love a visit to Moran’s, a trip to Ireland wouldn’t be the same without it. Highly recommended.

We had a nice quick dinner here at Moran's. The oysters and the fish are great. It is a busy spot so prepare to wait. I would recommend checking it out !
