Cosy restaurant in a pub style. Excellent oysters and my partner’s best fish and chips ever.

The food here is great, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff is great. We had nothing to complain about at all and left full and very satisfied. Clear recommendation.

The perfect meal to end 2024 with! I’ll be dreaming of my crab claws and prawn curry for a long time. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. A lovely lovely evening.

An absolute must if in the area, Moran’s always delivers exceptional food and service. We’ve lost count of the times we have been here however when over visiting family, it’s always on the list. The seafood menu is delectable, we enjoyed crab claws to start, these are the best I have ever had, a generous portion of decent sized claws in the most delicious garlic butter light sauce, to follow we enjoyed Moran’s seafood special, smoked salmon, prawns, crab with Marie Rose sauce and crisp salad and whole Dover sole on the bone with butter sauce, lyonnaise potatoes and tender stem broccoli. With plenty of home made brown bread to soak up sauce/juices we were suitable satisfied. We shared a pavlova to finish which was fabulous and so tasty. The service is always exceptional, so friendly and genuine. We absolutely love a visit to Moran’s, a trip to Ireland wouldn’t be the same without it. Highly recommended.

The best mussels I've ever had!

I tried to get here twice before, but we couldn't. 3rd time lucky, and it did not disappoint. Had the oysters for starters, and they were delicious, followed by the duck for main (again tasty). I had a pint of Guinness, and it was lovely. Food was served quickly despite it being busy.

The best traditional hotel best food and service is amazing with smile on their face and not like other few places. Very clean place and clean food.

Lovely oysters and mussels. Outside seating under shelter so you can enjoy the vistas. Attentive service… staff could do with a bit more training.. they told us a bottle of wine with a glass cork was “corked” so we couldn’t try it. But they were all very sweet.

We had a nice quick dinner here at Moran's. The oysters and the fish are great. It is a busy spot so prepare to wait. I would recommend checking it out !
