M&S Café in Cork

Pity M&S are not in Limerick .. excellent shopping, friendly, helpful team.

Exceptional Customer Service from Diedra We had a wonderful experience at M&S, thanks to Diedra, who was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. At checkout, she went above and beyond to assist us with our tax-free shopping form. She patiently explained what we needed to do and even took the time to tell us where to submit the form at the airport before our flight home. That extra bit of guidance was incredibly helpful and made the process so much easier. Diedra’s kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. She didn't just provide great customer service, she made us feel truly taken care of. M&S should be very proud to have someone like Diedra on their team. She truly went the extra mile and made our shopping experience memorable. Thank you, Diedra, for all your help and for making everything so easy!

Great café, clothing store and supermarket. A nice variety of items in every department. Shop floors were very neatly presented with staff on hand to help. Very accessible from the city centre with plenty of parking in the multistorey car park. Definitely recommend.

Shopping at Marks and Spencer is always a treat. The highest quality fruits and vegs. We bought a couple box of crackers that we’ve had difficulty finding elsewhere as well as a nice green sweater that was on special.

Always a reference. Great food hall, large choice of products all of high quality

Thank you to Helen who went above & beyond in helping us today.

I think I've just about gotten over the fact that this building previously housed the wonderful Roches Stores, however this Marks and Sparks is an excellent department store with a particularly excellent food section. good. Nice cafe on first floor, but no toilets there. Staff are a mix of indifferent and very helpful. Great central location in the city.

They have a wide variety of prepared foods and Asian food. They even had sushi 🍣.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and managed to find me many options suitable to my specific needs, despite me having quite difficult requirements!!

Love ms food hall excellent 👌 clothes shop brilliant 👏 well done to everyone
