Mulcahys in Kenmare

Spectacular. Beef Wellington, Pork Belly, Fish Pie, all faultless. Desserts lovely with Sticky Toffee Pudding a standout. Service outstanding and pleasantly surprised at the cost. I won't visit Kenmare again without visiting.

Love this restuarant, great menu, lovely atmosphere and staff were so friendly and welcoming. Recommend it for a special occasion.

This is an absolute gem in the heart of Kenmare. The food is fabulous and the menu tastefully designed. The staff are incredibly kind, hardworking and friendly. We had the special steak and Guinness pie, crab and lobster croquettes and the mushroom risotto, followed by the chocolate mousse and all washed down with a lovely Bordeaux. Our baby was welcome who thankfully sat quietly to sleep, no doubt aided by the warm and candlelit ambience and soft Irish rock music. If we’re ever back in the area it would be a no brainer to come back. Thank you Mulcahy’s!

We ate at No. 35 and Mulcahys during our stay in Kenmare. Both were good but Mulcahys was better!! Both restaurants are in the same price range, but for a Michelin Star restaurant, not insanely expensive. Very fair pricing for the quality of food. We found it challenging to make a reservation as they only accept phone reservations. Would recommend calling mid day as they seem not to answer the phone during dinner service. We ended up reserving our table the night before in person. Book it, it will be one of the best meals on your trip!

Absolutely incredible dinner in Mulcahys! Service, wine, food and atmosphere, all 10/10. We didn’t have a reservation and the wonderful staff squeezed us in, despite being very busy - thank you! A must-visit in Kenmare.
