The food in the pub was delicious. The room was a decent size, but the shower could have a bit more water. Don't expect much from the breakfast! Plus, breakfast isn't served until 9:00 a.m.

Absolutely smashing time for three British pensioners (1 Welsh, 1 Scot and a crossbreed English/scot. Lunch and then dinner. Food grand, service grander. Recommended highly.

Didn't stop over this time juzt a meal and a drink. But even at the end of February there was plenty of choice on the menu. Quick service and had we been earlier in the morning the full breakfast ( others had ordered ) looked great and I'd be happy to eat. But it was a bowl of soup with soda bread lunch meal of choice. I had the most wonderful time at Myles Creek Guest House. I stayed for 4 nights just to read, hike and relax and it was the perfect location and accomodation. Lovely staff in the restaurant/bar that made my stay feel homely and authentic. The atmosphere was very calm, being close to the beach and hiking trails was perfect.

17/06/2025: We held our family reunion at Stella Maris in Kilkee in June 2025, with relatives joining us from all around the world. It was a large group, including many happy young children, and the team at Stella Maris couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious, with a full menu that offered something for everyone in our group. The quality was superb, and the variety ensured all tastes were catered for. The cocktail menu was extensive and expertly made, adding an extra touch of celebration to the occasion. A special highlight was the personalized menu featuring a welcome message for our family reunion — such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture that truly made us feel at home. We can’t thank the staff enough for helping make our reunion so memorable. Highly recommended!

Hickie's Bar

29/03/2025: Food was 10/10 service 1/10. diabolical. Waited 35 mins to get served a drink. Asked for water 4 times before we got it. Restaurant wasn’t busy so there was no excuse for poor service. The girls serving were young but got no guidance from manager.
04/03/2025: Went just for a quick grab, and it was absolutely lovely. The food was amazing and atmosphere lovely.
