We ordered fish&chips and chicken burger & chips. Very bland, did not taste much. Soggy and lukewarm chips. Sloppy leaves in the salad for the burger. Overpriced, not value for money. Service rather quick though and not rude as described by several others. But that is not reason enough to eat here….

The food in the pub was delicious. The room was a decent size, but the shower could have a bit more water. Don't expect much from the breakfast! Plus, breakfast isn't served until 9:00 a.m.

Absolutely smashing time for three British pensioners (1 Welsh, 1 Scot and a crossbreed English/scot. Lunch and then dinner. Food grand, service grander. Recommended highly.

Didn't stop over this time juzt a meal and a drink. But even at the end of February there was plenty of choice on the menu. Quick service and had we been earlier in the morning the full breakfast ( others had ordered ) looked great and I'd be happy to eat. But it was a bowl of soup with soda bread lunch meal of choice. It was a large group, including many happy young children, and the team at Stella Maris couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious, with a full menu that offered something for everyone in our group. The quality was superb, and the variety ensured all tastes were catered for. The cocktail menu was extensive and expertly made, adding an extra touch of celebration to the occasion. A special highlight was the personalized menu featuring a welcome message for our family reunion — such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture that truly made us feel at home. We can’t thank the staff enough for helping make our reunion so memorable. Highly recommended!
