Nando's in Cork

Good tasty food every time. Fast and well cooked.

Food was great don’t get me wrong delicious in fact but the only fault I could have is portion size when they say feeds 2-3 people this couldn’t be further from the actual sizing. My local chipper would put out a small chips larger than the “feeds 2-3 fully loaded fries” for €9.50. Waiters were very nice but when it came to moving from dinner to dessert we waited 20 mins for the plates I had stacked nicely at the end of the table, to assist the removal, to be taken away. Note the restaurant was not busy at this time. I would have expected more after spending €105 for 2 adults and a child.

Can’t beat a cheeky Nando’s!! If you like good spicy chicken this is the place to be. Tried the new Mac N Cheese, it wasn’t for me.

Friendly staff good food and worth a visit

Not amazed , if you have to wait in a line to be seated would expect more Have to go order yourself, take drinks and cutlery , fancy fast food

Very nice restaurant, located in a very large Mahon Point shopping center. I have an XL Wing Platter, fries, broccoli, coleslaw and mash. This is a dish to share. The chickens were not grilled enough for my liking. It was good.

Update: sadly, another Nando’s where standards have fallen in recent times. A lot of turnover of staff it seems. Service not as good as in previous years. Once upon a time this was by far my favourite Nando’s in all of UK and Ireland. Sadly, nowadays it is just another franchise. Food is not as good as in the past and considering how pricey Nando’s has always been, well you can understand why expectations are so high. Disappointed to see it slip like this. Still better than any Nando’s in Dublin, however. ******************************** I’ve been to many Nando’s restaurants in Ireland and UK but none are as good as the Mahon Point Nando’s. Food is always top drawer, service quick and polite, ambience is very conducive to enjoying a meal. I’ve had one or two order errors over the years but cannot fault the service when brought to the staff’s attention. Must single out the brilliant Collette for always having a word with us and always going the extra mile service-wise. Delph and cutlery are immaculate and food is epic. My favourite Nando’s -
