It’s a good family hotel. Despite the mixed reviews for the restaurant, we had a very nice meal on the first night, with the staff being attentive and the food coming quickly. They seem to know that we are here with kids and try to make things efficient!
The Jurassic Park attraction was fun, and our toddler had a great time. She also enjoyed the kids pool.
Breakfast was great! The coffee was great too, not the usual awful stuff you get from a lot of hotels.
There were two less than ideal experiences, both at reception. 1) we were skipped when a rude person skipped the queue. The person on the desk knew this because she beckoned us over. 2) my uncle died and we needed an extra hour at checkout. It was 30 euro. I thought you could have just let that go.

The hotel is quite good for families with young kids, but we stayed in the older part of the hotel in rooms that don’t have air-con. I would not recommend it, as the room was stiflingly hot (despite using the fan provided). Possibly one of the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a long, long time.

I attended a luncheon here. The set menu did not align with my dietary restrictions, but the staff was super friendly and they gave me alternative dishes for each course that suited. Amazing service and really delicious as well!

Staff were very friendly and obliging, rooms were nice, tried the carvery and the food was delicious and generous, how ever was on the upper limit of what I would pay for a carvery.
I recently stayed at this hotel. I stayed for a wedding in March and had to come back with my son, and it exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff are absolutely amazing—so polite and welcoming that you feel right at home from the moment you step in.
If you have children, this is the perfect spot for a family vacation. The kids club runs from 10:00 AM to 10:45 PM daily, offering a fantastic range of activities to keep the little ones entertained all day long. My kids had a blast and couldn't wait to go back each day.
One of the highlights of our stay was Jurassic NewPark. It's an incredible area featuring life-sized dinosaurs, a magical fairy walk, friendly animals, and even a massive jump area that the kids couldn’t get enough of. It’s a must-visit if you’re staying here.
Breakfast was a delight, especially with the new waffle pancake station. My child absolutely loved making their own creations each morning. Plus, the surprise appearance of the Dino mascot during breakfast added an extra touch of fun to start the day.
As for the food in the restaurant, it’s top-notch. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Whether you're dining with kids or having a more adult-focused meal, the quality and presentation are outstanding.
I almost forgot the infinity pool and indoor pool with a jacuzzi and plung pool.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families. We had such a memorable experience, and we’ll definitely be returning!

Stayed here for a night with our toddler and baby, we arrived at 2pm and got to check into our room early which was great. Room was perfect for a family of four, although extremely warm but luckily there was a fan which was a life saver. It was great to have the Jurassic park included in the price and that you could use when you please, we spent hours there on both days. Swimming pool small but perfect and it was quite the day we went. The only negative thing I’d have to say is that the food is not good at all, we eat in Scott’s bar and we’re really disappointed especially considering the price (€25+) for a main course. I got the burger and it was inedible, a big lump of meat that tasted really strange, I sent it back and the staff were apologetic and offered to swap it. Fish and chips were grand, kids spaghetti bolognese wasn’t nice and we were also charged €9 instead of €5 even though I ordered toddler portion. My son said it tasted ‘weird’ and threw up his whole meal in the hotel corridor 10 minutes after eating, we told the staff and they sent someone up immediately to clean it up! Other than that we had a great trip and would stay again, but wouldn’t eat in the hotel.

Lovely night away. Firstly, I would like to commend the head chef and his crew. The food was delicious. We had lunch, dinner & breakfast and every dish chosen was superb. However, I totally disagree with the 4pm check in.
It is just too late. I understand the rooms need to be cleaned. However, the solution is to hire more staff and reduce the amount of rooms allocated per staff.
I have been going to hotels for over 40yrs & the check in has gone from 12pm to 13 00 to 2pm and now 4pm.
Hotels have aways been full in busy season so obviously there is something not right about a 4pm check in
There was 2rooms booked and one was not even ready at 4pm🥵
However, the hotel is a real catch for families as there is a huge attraction with the outdoor dinasors park for the kids.
Overall, the quality of the food really was the highlight of the overnight stay. 😋
