The macaroons are delightfully delicate, the perfect accompaniment to their signature gigantic cookie, which is a must-try for any sweet tooth with a cup of coffee. In my case, oat milk latte. Of course, if you're after a more traditional beverage, Bridie’s also serves a great selection of beers, adding to its appeal as a versatile spot to relax and unwind. Whether you’re there for a treat, a drink, or both, Bridie’s Bar is a must-visit. The warm, laid-back vibe combined with incredible desserts and refreshing beers make it one of Kilkenny’s best places.
