Newpark Hotel Kilkenny with Escape Health Club & Spa in Kilkenny

Absolutely phenomenal stay every moment was amazing, exceptional customer service, lovely rooms, fantastic facilities! Can’t fault anything was worth every penny highly recommend!

We had a really lovely weekend I went alone with my 6 year old daughter. Can I just say the staff from the front desk to the waiters to the cleaners all absolutely so so nice and sound amazing customer service and amazing with the kids. Great touch giving the kids a goody bag on arrival my daughter loved this.The hotel is very very busy alot of kids running around playing in the lobby having fun, so if that’s not for you maybe not the best choice but the staff are so used to it genuinely 10/10 for the employees all of them, and the breakfast staff aswell absolutely amazing very busy an Stil so nice and patient with everybody. The room was perfect for us! It got so so hot in the room but once I turned off the rad and figured out the air con we were grand!! Very powerful bath and shower.The dinosaur park is a great little extra also the staff there were brilliant!!! And one guy that was really in his character was amazing! I can’t remember his name but he did tell us he is writing a book he was very funny and full of knowledge, he is a great asset to the park. I did feel my daughter was a little unphased by dinosaur theme she is 6 I feel it’s defo for younger toddlers maybe 2-5 but the inflatable bounce amazing !!! Older kids loved it and we were on it easily 6 times over the 2 days, maybe more swings would be nice as there was a little que for swings :) the food was lovely and the atmosphere was amazing, we will 100% come back and we had a great weekend.! '

Was here for an event all very good

A fantastic family friendly hotel. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. Family rooms large and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. Staff were exceptional in all parts. Jurassic Park was lovely for a couple of hours-better when bright and dry.

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. From the very beginning, the place makes a great impression – elegant wooden finishes, a stylish lift, and well-maintained corridors create a warm, classic atmosphere. The restaurant is definitely a highlight – beautiful deep-green seating, atmospheric lighting, and an impressive wine display make it a perfect setting for both breakfast and dinner. I also appreciated the attention to detail – nicely presented glasses and bottled water in the room, comfortable common areas, and the overall sense of character throughout the hotel. The only minor issue was a visible mark/scuff on the bedside table in the room. It was a small detail and did not affect the comfort of our stay, but refreshing it would make the room feel perfectly maintained. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily return.

Fantastic visit to Newpark hotel and Jurassic newpark. The facilities are great, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean. However, the service in the restaurant is very poor. The staff seem untrained and cannot complete simple tasks or take basic orders properly. We stayed for 3 days and it was an unfortunate trend that continued throughout the entire stay. I will return but we will probably eat elsewhere as it was frustrating. The food was nice

Service was truly above and beyond. At 2:30am, my husband became very sick and needed to go to the ER. The front desk employee, immediately helped me arrange a taxi so my husband could get to the hospital safely. The next morning, the manager, Marissa (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), was incredibly kind and caring. She checked in on me and asked how I was doing. She even helped look after my two children while I needed to be at the hospital with my husband. She made sure my kids were comfortable and well fed, and she took such wonderful care of us during a very stressful time. Warren also helped arrange another room for us for the night, which made everything so much easier. I will never forget this experience. I am so grateful that we stayed at Newpark Hotel. The compassion and support from the staff meant more than words can express.

Good food nice staff nice place

I stopped in here on the way from Offaly going to Waterford, the staff were extremely friendly and everything I got while I was here was excellently done. Perhaps I didn’t pay attention to the cost but the second time I dropped in I got an Earl Grey tea ; €4.20 for a cup of tea. I was in a restaurant in Waterford yesterday and I got 2 teas for €3.20. I doubt I’ll be back at those prices. A bag and some water.

Been here several times and I’m always leaving here extremely happy. Keep up great work. My kids love coming here.
