Went for a super lovely birthday meal this evening. The starters & mains were all outstanding, along with the service. Would really recommend. We will be back.

This is a restaurant that I loved coming to, but this time will probably be my last, the food was good the portions were very small, last Christmas I ordered the black sole €32 and it filled my plate, last week I ordered the John Dory €36 and it was the size of a sardine, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I can't understand restaurants serving small portions of food at and very high cost and think its okay,

Came here for Sunday luncj with the in laws as they gave us a lot back to the airport. Plus it's very easy to get to from Limerick. We had the works; three courses including a lovely red and roast beef. Excellent meal and super friendly staff. Want to come back!

Top class food with very attentive staff in a lovely cosy setting. 6 of us had dinner here to mark a birthday. We got a warm welcome from both David and Noel. Some chose a la carte and some from the fixed price 3 course Christmas Menu. All courses were delicious. The selection of breads was outstanding. Absolutely no complaints. Would highly recommend this venue. Wish there were more restaurants like this in the visinity of Limerick.

It's just a great place for something special, beautiful seafood and Noel is the perfect host. A little bit pricey but so worth it for a treat.

Traditional Irish Night-Cornbarn at Bunratty Folk Park

19/02/2025: This was a great experience well worth going to see, especially if you have an interest in irish history, irish society in the past, or want to be nostalgic about your own experience of the past. Perfect for all generations. They have a great playground for kids between five and twelve, a nature walk with a fairy named Ellie and animals to see. The guy playing the police man is very good, so knowledgeable and passionate about irish history. A great day out for all. The castle itself is amazing, so we'll be preserved and quite fascinating. Really enjoyed it.
16/02/2025: A wonderful place to get a glimpse of old Ireland.
