We went for lunch and both had fish sambos. Absolutely delicious, simple but full of flavour amd beautifully served. Service is friendly and very quick even though the place is super busy. 💯 recommended 👌 and would gladly come back!

Absolutely delicious. Lovely cosy spot to slip into on a rainy November day. Friendly staff. Great service. And amazing food. I had a tea, fish finger sandwich and the roasties for side. I will be thinking about that meal for some time. Great flavours, v fresh, lovely flakey fish in a light crispy batter, amazing sauces and the bread - divine. I'll be back 😀 Make sure to visit!

The lunchtime menu seems to change on a weekly basis, so any local regulars are in luck.
Of the four mains available on the day of our visit, two were vegan or vegan adaptable.
It was easy to see that the ingredients were fresh and well sourced, the cheffing skills high and the front of house professional.
Refreshingly innovative. 💡

Our lunch was so wonderful we went back for lunch again the next day so we could try other dishes, which were equally delicious. All ingredients were fresh and local and the recipes interesting and delightfully complex. And they had kombucha!

Excellent chicken salad, so fresh and every detail in the dish was thoughtful. Best food I’ve had in a long time. The brown bread was divine, wish I could have the recipe! Servers were friendly and kind, fun to look out onto the bridge and people watch. Kombucha also delicious ✨
