The noodle: I don’t know how they prepare the noodle but it tastes too floppy. I’m not setting the bar too high here to compare it to authentic Chinese standard. However, could you please make the noodle a bit chewy rather than the kinda noodle you take out from fridge and heat with microwave. The soup: Besides excessively salty flavor I don’t taste any other distinctive flavor. Beef: the amount is ok but again is it marinated only with salt and soy sauce?
