This small but exquisite restaurant is a real insider tip. The food is simply fantastic. You can customize your pasta dish using the modular principle. There's something for every taste, including many vegetarian and vegan options. Add to that the friendly staff, who are always welcoming and attentive. An all-around successful visit that I highly recommend.

Had a bacon pumpkin pasta, one of the best pasta I had so far. Portion was very good size too, you won't be hungry after. If you're in Galway and you feel like eating pasta, look no further this is the place!

I can’t say enough good things about The Pasta Factory in Galway. The pasta here is absolutely incredible — hands down the best homemade pasta I’ve ever had. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love and care. We recommend it with a clear conscience The best pastas we've ever eaten The chef is Polish, he supposedly worked with J.Olivier and you can clearly feel the culinary experience in the pastas :) It's definitely one of the culinary places to visit in Galway

01/11/2025: Wow, so glad we visited this restaurant, as it was delightful! We had planned on going to Milanos but as it was booked out, I found out this place was good for gluten free food, so I chanced it. I'm so glad we did, as it had so much more character than a chain restaurant. Both regular food and gluten free food was really good. The coeliacs had margherita and buffalini pizzas and ate every last bite, another had the mushroom pasta which was large and delicious. The regular folk had diavola pizza and a sausage pasta, again both delicious. For desserts we had a double chocolate mousse (SOOO good) and a gluten free chocolate cake which wasn't on the menu. The service here was great. I was delighted to have an actual Italian person serve me in an Italian restaurant! If I lived in Galway, I would be here regularly. Enjoy!
29/10/2025: A good alternative to the other Italian restaurants, some of which are completely overcrowded and, in my opinion, can't be that much better if you have to wait over 30 minutes. We had bruschetta with fresh, crusty, warm bread and fresh tomatoes, followed by a pizza and ravioli, both of which were delicious.

26/10/2025: We went on Friday night without a reservation and got a table without any problems. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional! We had pizza's on Friday night, super thin base, delicious toppings. We went back on Saturday night because we wanted to try the pasta and it did not disappoint. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. We highly recommend eating here!
