Primo in Kilkenny

We always love coming here. The food is great and people are friendly. Once in a while service is a little slow but not as bad as some places. Definitely recommend this place to eat dine in or out :-)

Said I'D ret this place again and boy it didn't disappoint,the pizza small criticism not enough cheese on the pizza but the pizza is huge,also the spaghetti Bolognese is 10/10 must be a new chef I don't know but hats off to him,it's a little bit expensive but what I mentioned would literally feed 2 with left overs,if you want and Italian take away or sit in this is the place also if you ask for a tin of the Bolognese sauce they give a large tin free of charge and it's absolutely beautiful I'll never go to another Italian ,saying that I have t being in Italian connection in years that's used to be my fav but very small portion and expensive aswell but at the time very good aswell nice for a date out. Best of luch primo and keep this chef he obviously knows his stuff just a little bit more cheese on the pizza and 100%

Food was great, we had a big group so understand there is wait times but waiting 20mins for drinks to be dropped down was a bit much, restaurant was half full, plenty of staff on to cover, disappointed in that side, overall food was great and very tasty

Pleasant experience in Primo, food was of a high standard. Pizzas cooked perfect, chicken Caesar salad was delicious & filling and the desserts were beautiful.. my daughter and I will be back

Pizza was tasty, but it felt like it was made in a bit of a rush. Wasn’t even cut properly, What really got me was the price — I paid €32 for a 9” (of the menu) and a 12” with 3 toppings, and only later found out there’s a deal for two 12” pizzas for €29.95. Would’ve been nice if the staff mentioned the offer when I ordered. €19.50 for a single 12” is a bit much. The food was good overall, but a little heads-up about deals would make a big difference!

Very cozy and nice place to eat , fresh food and good service. Good prices.

Really enjoyed the pasta and the drinks. It was a pleasant restaurant that matched expectations.
