Disappointed with the service, to be honest. We had a reservation for two and were really looking forward to our first visit, but the experience fell short. We ordered the same main dish and a side, but from the start, we felt rushed and overlooked. As soon as I took the last bite of my main, the waitress immediately cleared my plate which felt abrupt as my friend was still eating. Once she finished, we requested to see the dessert menu, but no one followed up. We waited and waited and saw other customers being dealt with etc. We eventually asked a different waitress for the bill. We were told the original waitress would handle it. After waiting some more we stood up, wore our coats and sat back down again yet they never came over. Instead, we watched both staff members chatting behind the counter, completely disregarding us. After waiting another 10 minutes, we gave up and went to the counter to pay. Still, there was no acknowledgment of the dessert menu we had asked for or any effort to show interest in our experience. It felt like we didn’t belong there, and the lack of care was disappointing, given how excited we were to visit. Sadly, we won’t be returning which is a shame as the food itself was lovely!

I loved the place and the portions are so big for the price 🥰🥰 service is so welcoming! It made a highlight to our visit in Galway!

Everything was great. The service, food, and atmosphere was fantastic. The seafood chowder and mussels were among the best I’ve ever had.

A small place with full of warmth! Had dinner which was so good we had to come back the next day! Loved the mussels!!! And big shout out to Maya who looked after us wonderfully!!

Great in every way. Kids are allowed till the closure of the kitchen. Live music is really good. Even the deserts are delicious. Must visit frequently.

Casual and popular restaurant on Quay Street in Galway. Since reservations are not taken there was a queue for tables, with about a 20 minute wait to be seated. Service was very good with orders taken quickly; it took about 20 minutes for our food to be served. The grilled salmon was excellent.

Attratti dalle recensioni, sapendo che questo ristorante non accetta prenotazioni, ci siamo messi pazientemente in fila ed abbiamo atteso ca. mezz’ora. Il giudizio positivo è sicuramente per il servizio delle ragazze che sono molto gentili, veloci ed attente ma per il resto…. abbiamo mangiato in uno dei pochi tavoli interni (anche perché fuori c’erano 9• 🥶) ma faceva comunque freddo. I piatti abbastanza buoni ma qualche dubbio che la platessa fosse decongelata ce l’ho Il prezzo è corretto Che dire: io mangerei altrove anche se il cibo, ripeto, è abbastanza buono e il locale è freddo quindi più di qualche perplessità c’è
