04/11/2025: Absolutely fabulous hotel, the rooms were well laid out and luxurious, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the little details like the personalised greeting card and treats made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when travelling to Killarney

03/11/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay and Wedding Lunch – Outstanding Hospitality from Start to Finish From the moment Nuala reached out to us before our stay, we knew we were in great hands. Her care and attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Joanne with champagne. She instantly made us feel like part of the family and set the tone for what became an unforgettable stay and wedding lunch. The private area set up for our lunch was absolutely beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The waiting staff, especially Bina/Berl, were exceptional, friendly, attentive and professional. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our room was beautifully presented, with thoughtful touches and little gifts that made it feel so special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was lovely and hot, perfect after a long and happy day. The breakfast was incredible, with plenty of choice and everything cooked to perfection. The leaving gift of the scones was such a warm and classy gesture, and the champagne and strawberries on arrival for our photos were the perfect finishing touch. Every element of our visit was handled with genuine warmth and care. We were truly blown away and will be speaking very highly of the entire team.
