Highlight of Waterford for us. Flash was a riot and great whiskey shaman who guided us through the menu and his whiskey collection. Fish and chips were great too. After a few curated tasting boards from flash we stumbled out of the bar for night.

Nice place to unwind. Great selection of shots and food is standard deep fried fare. Bathrooms could do with a serious overhaul. Lots of loose and. Token fittings and taps don’t stay on.

Such a great experience visiting this whiskey bar on our last night in Ireland! We popped in just as they were closing but we were welcomed with open arms. Even if you’re not a whiskey lover (they also do craft beers), it’s incredible to see the selection of whiskeys on offer and learn about the stories behind them. A huge thank you to Flash for his hospitality & educating us on the fascinating history of Irish whiskey ☺️

24/06/2025: You catered for a large party I was a part of here recently and I loved the food, the service and being downstairs... Would have probably loved sitting on the roof given the food on offer. The monkfish you had on the day was so tasty, enjoyed that a lot. I really like my food and can safely say you have some of the nicest dishes I've ever had at such a reasonable price. It was an excellent way to round off our day so thank you. I'll definitely be back once I get the chance.
