Great staff. Had gorgeous room with bath under a skylight. Perfect place to stay when attending any event at the Arts Centre just down the street.

Oct 2025 We stayed at this hotel while holding a memorial for my beloved sister, and I truly cannot put into words how much comfort and kindness we received during such a painful time. The hotel’s central location was perfect, and the rooms were always warm, cozy, and immaculately clean—exactly what we needed. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with many delicious options offered daily, and the dining staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating to my food allergies, which meant so much to me. We have stayed here many times over the years and always loved it, but this visit was exceptional. The compassion shown to us will never be forgotten. The hotel manager, Edel, was professional, kind, and genuinely compassionate, going above and beyond to support us on short notice. Her leadership truly shows in her amazing staff—Chloe was wonderful,, kind and professional maureen the server had outstanding service accommodating all of us especially with food allergies This hotel will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We are deeply grateful to everyone who made a very difficult time a little easier.

Attended a work meeting recently in the Ballina Manor Hotel. Parking under the hotel is limited, but there is more parking further down the street. The design of the hotel is charming, using the location of the river beside to best advantage so the views are available from many areas of the hotel - including the meeting room. All hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The chef went out of his way to create lunch for dietary requirements!!

This hotel is very clean and kept current. The People who work here are very nice. The food is very good, and the location is perfect.

I recently stayed in Ballina Manor Hotel. Perfect central location, Rooms were spotless and both the beds and pillows were top quality. The En-suite was so clean it looked new. Reception Staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant staff were efficient and the food was to die for. I like my food and this was top quality. The night porter was on hand to let us back into the hotel at the early o' clock hours - there was no delays or waiting. Overall, a fabulous hotel in the Heart of Ballina. Couldn't recommend it enough. Will definitely stay there again.
