The food is really nice and the restaurant have a good environment. The staff is friendly and have a good service.

Amazing food and staff were second to none. Four of us there, everyone's meal was perfection, served in a timely but unrushed manner and enjoyed the staffs knowledge and attention to detail as well as their lovely chatter.

Food was tasty and the service was excellent. Very busy place, tables are no sooner vacated when they have more people at them.

Great ambience, very relaxed but attentive staff too. Lovely food, my sole was perfectly cooked and totally delicious, as was my wife's duck. We had a great time and will definitely be back next time we're in Kilkenny.

Feb. 2025 Wow ! This is the best place I have eaten in my life. Service is friendly and helpful 🙂 Atmosphere is lovely. It is across the street from Kilkenny Castle. This place is downstairs, maybe 3 steps. I tip my hat to the chef. You are an amazing cook, and When even I'm in Ireland I certainly will be stopping in a few times.

Gave this place a try after a long absence. I have mixed feelings about it. A busy place, it takes "sittings", so if you wish for a relaxed evening....well!!! One does check the watch..silly self pressure I did find the food good and tasty, but there was a sameness about the menu from previous memories. Service is top class and very old style efficient. You can have a good night out...if you go for the late sitting.
