Ruibin in Galway

My wife and I were there for lunch. Good fusion food. Interesting spot with some liquor and seasoning infusion decorations. It felt very transactional.

After dodging lots of tourist traps around the city, we were very pleased to stumble across this Ruibin gem. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the wine selection was huge. We would definitely return!

One of the best restaurant of Galway for sure. The dishes are super good and well presented. The restaurant was nearly full when we arrived and I can understand why. Some places inside and some tables outside too to enjoy the sun. Better book your place to be sure to have one. A real cheesecake for dessert was nice too.
