The lamb! The trout crudo! The Connemara Smash! All so delicious! (Are there enough !!! ?)

Incredible experience. We absolutely loved our dinner. Ordered "snacks" and small plates to share, as well as seasonal drinks. Excellent service and delicious food. Will definitely be stopping in the next time I'm in Galway.

Lovely little cosy place. Went for a quiet dinner with a friend on a Wednesday night. Service was perfect, good attentiveness without being overbearing. Food was well prepared and tasty. We had both fish dishes which were really good. Next time I’m in Galway I’ll definitely be back

Lovely food and lunch was lovely a bit in the pricey side of you were hungry but can't fault the place. Excellent staff and a lovely menu could have ordered it all. Highly recommend if I'm Galway

Hands down one of the best spots in Galway, if not Ireland. Lovely staff, great atmosphere with unassuming yet beautiful decor (shout out to whomever takes care of all the plants!), discreet music so you can actually talk to each other... And thats even before we talk about delicious food and drinks! We keep coming back to Ruibin time after time. Highly recommend!

Great place to eat in Galway with cool vibe! We sat downstairs and shared some small plates. Foccacia, ceviche and fried chicken were the all amazing! Highly recommend and great range of drinks menu. Also good size portions for small plates

5* experience at Rúibín for lunch. The welcome, recommendations, and overall customer service displayed how experienced the staff are. It was the perfect experience. The bar menu was small, yet I found myself being unable to pick a dish due to the excellent variety. I followed a staff recommendation for the rendang beef curry, which was superb. I look forward to returning to try the other menus.

My absolute favourite place for food and drinks in Galway. Staff are so helpful and great at recommending dishes and drink pairings. A must for anyone visiting Galway 😁

Every dish was a highlight, very creative and tasty kitchen with simple high-quality ingredients cooked to perfection.

Beautiful lunch here today with a view of the docks. The food was lovely and the staff were very welcoming. Will definitely add this to my list for next time.
