Lovely place and atmosphere, despite service being a little on the slow side, but the lady serving was lovely.
Ordered the Kiwi toast but gluten free. It really wasn't good. I mentioned to the lady at the till on paying that they should really consider trying a different gluten free bread as there are so many lovely alternatives available now-a-days. However, I think even if it was nicer bread, the avo smash wasn't great.

Salt Food & Wine is an excellent choice for brunch in Cork. The sunny terrace is a big plus, especially in Ireland, and the atmosphere is great. The food is spectacular, Ihad the Eggs Benedict, and my companion had the Çılbır waffle (see photos). Both dishes were perfectly prepared and full of flavor. For dessert, we ordered the French toast, which is only available after 12 PM, and it was absolutely delicious. Our server, Ophélie, was very attentive and made our experience even better. We spent a lovely evening at Salt, every time we return there is always a different menu, prepared with fresh, local and quality ingredients. There were six of us and among us a vegan, who had no difficulty in being served with tasty recipes, the staff both on the floor and in the kitchen are always kind and helpful.
In a few days we will return for another dinner with friends and I am sure that we will spend a relaxing evening with good food in a friendly atmosphere.

Hermoso lugar. Personal muy amable. La comida era increíble y hay un gran ambiente allí. Teníamos nuestros dos hijos pequeños con nosotros y el personal era fantástico con nosotros. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente aquí.

Very buggy friendly establishment. We just had brunch with 3 toddlers and a baby. Staff were very accommodating even though the restaurant was full and we didn't have a booking. Highly recommended.

Seems innocuous and nearly walked past... glad I didn't!! Tasty food, lovey menu! Felt comfortable to hang out there, wasn't rushed. Would definitely recommend!
