Fantastic fish and chips, hard to fault and you would travel far to better

It’s a chipper with a place to eat in also (but served in takeaway packing). To say there is a restaurant is an exaggeration. The fish is good and the place is spotless. €40 for 2 fish and chips …. I won’t be back.

The seagulls are remarkably bold and every bit as enthusiastic about the food as you are! Final Verdict: An absolute coastal treasure. Between the incredible scampi, world-class fish and chips, and warm local hospitality, it is an essential stop.

Extremely good food only downside is that it's a little pricey

** VERY TASTY ** Weather was fabulous the day we visited so we ate outside and therefore cannot comment on the interior restaurant. The place was busy which is a good sign and the staff were very friendly and chatty, which is always an added bonus. We both had the beer battered haddock and chips which came with a good portion of tartare sauce and mush peas. Food was very tasty and portions were adequate, though pricey at €18 each! Nevertheless, we would eat here again and will definitely return.
