Saltee Chipper in Kilmore quay

Best burgers only 9.5 for a huuuge tasty thick beef burger (not a lover of grilled onions, but that's me i don't like cooked ones from when i can remember), squid rings geez so delicious could eat them all day long, rissole had a perfect crunch aswell so it was gooooood, and the day to visit this spot was just perfect. Overall staff left me a better impression than the last time, keep up with the good stuff, all the best. 👌

Came here while on our visit in Ireland. We got the batter prawns and chips with tar tar sauce. I must say these were the best batter prawns we have ever had. And we most definitely would happily travel back for these. There is plenty of seating inside and out. Beautiful and clean.

As an Aussie visiting one of her first “chippers” in Ireland this absolutely lived up to my expectations. After the adventure of the Saltee’s Islands this is a must visit! Atmosphere inside was great and the wait wasn’t too long. Everything was so tasty!

I had the pan fried fish & chip because it is gluten free. Absolutely fab!

Fresh fish, cod with potatoes—which are absolutely delicious, served piping hot with salt and vinegar on the table so you can add it to your liking. The service is quick and the atmosphere is very pleasant.
