Didn't station, ate in bar. Nice place & staff. Very roomy bar & lobby. Charged for extras like 'miwadi' & garlic may but thats standard. Carparks €3\hour €15 a day!!

This is our favourite hotel, Amazing welcome from the reception staff, our room was beautiful with a seaview, the buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff at breakfast were so helpful, we will be back to visit soon and highly recommend the Salt hill hotel.

Wheelchair spaces are quite far from ramp in carpark, not easy to navigate. We couldn't locate an accessible toilet in the public area, had to use a non accessible one instead, which was difficult and lacked privacy. Red Carpet in main foyer was very frayed and a trip hazard.

Have to pay for parking never had to do that before,and took money in full a week before never did that before,most of staff helpful not all.Could not get a toasted sandwich in the bar never seen that before,would not stay there again.

A well designed space, that is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Coastal views, good service and fresh food with a great breakfast range. We used this place daily to both sit in and take out during our four night stay in Salthill.

11/03/2026: Walked in for lunch and a drink and had a lovely experience. The portion sizes are great and the food is good. Nothing extraordinary, just classic pub food. The service was great.
01/03/2026: The upstairs was very quiet, perfect for chatting over a beer. The downstairs (I didn't go) was much livelier.
