Sea Palace in Clonakilty

Lovely food, and staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again!

12 of us went for a meal 6 children and 6 Adults a fabolous evening was had by all, from the moment we sat down the service food ambience was amazing. absolutely 10 stars. Will return.

What a surprise the Sea Palace is. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated with no “authentic” music to add atmosphere (it doesn’t need any more than it already has!). We arrived early to an empty restaurant and within 30 mins the place was bustling. It got busier as the evening went in, which is always a good sign. Another indicator of how good this place is can be found in the takeaway service they offer. Massive bags crammed full of goodies were seen leaving several times a minute, clearly it is a hit in the area. On to the food - delicious crispy duck was followed by crispy chilli beef and Singapore rice. Hard to describe how delicious this was - cooked freshly with no telltale signs of the dreaded MSG. The taste was exquisite. Portions could modestly be described as gargantuan, so don’t overorder. Book a table to avoid disappointment and get there soon!

Very good service and very good food. The place is nice to eat there.
