Staff were wonderful, food was really good. Rooms are a bit tired, need a revamp. Bed not very comfortable

We had our wedding reception at the Upton Court Hotel 21/01/2026, and from start to finish the experience was absolutely amazing. Shane and all of the staff were incredible, so professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. All dietary requirements were catered for without any fuss, and the food was outstanding, with many compliments from our guests. The guest rooms were nice and very comfortable, again receiving lots of positive feedback. From the moment of arrival, there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel that put everyone at ease. A very special thank you to Shane for all of his support, guidance, and attention to detail, nothing was ever too much trouble, and it truly made our day stress-free and unforgettable.
