Great dinner at a very fair price..

Great pint Atmosphere at lunchtime was more like a canteen than a bar/restaurant Good value for food and drink

Stopped for lunch. Lovely spot. Great food. The place was packed with people eating. Had the toasted special with chips. Couldn’t fault it.

Visited Shamrock Lounge in Cahir this summer and loved it! Quick service, a lively traditional pub atmosphere, and very reasonable prices made it a perfect stop. The pub is very old and charming, though it could use some renovation. The classic Irish dishes were hearty and satisfying, and the whole place had that welcoming local vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. Great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal or a drink while soaking in the charm of Cahir.

I've been meaning to review this fantastic eatery in the picturesque town of Cahir, Co. Tipperary for some time. We were in town early one Wednesday( Mart day ) & popped in for early lunch. We are always greeted with a pleasant smile & a cead mile failte that most establishments have forgotten, but not here. Our food arrived promptly & it was delicious, which included a complimentary basket of chips. Smiles all round & a great banter between staff. Call in for some tasty great value food. As a side note, I dropped a fuel voucher out of my pocket during lunch, we rang shortly after & a customer had found it.....honest people out in Cahir, I have to say. The man from Delmonte says yes to The Shamrock👍

A hidden gem. Staff very friendly. Food is as good as any pub in country. The biggest shock was how cheap a dinner is at 12 per head and would never forget how accommodating they were. Thank you all
