Nice hotel great staff but rooms need a serious uplift , old carpets old tvs leaking taps old shower heads , central heating .... could have had itnon longer , room was cold initially had to wear hoodie for half night, room.was very cold in the mornings hut for a short stay i didnt want to complain . Breakfast was nice all you needed in one place , be early forbthe freshest hot breakfast we arrived late and everything was over cooked had hard , again staff were fab in Breakfast hall full of chat and the cork accent singing miles ..... would I stay again ..... yes

We held our Mothers final send off at Silver Springs.
Everything was perfect, even when we had the traditional sing song at the end of the day when other people were eating in the restaurant was not a problem.
The food was first class and we had table service for the drinks which was lovely.
Thanks to all the staff who were really kind and nothing was a problem.

Absolute seamless experience. Room, food and location were fantastic. Kate and Naya were super accommodating and helpful. Proper old school customer service that is too rare now a days.

Callum was an absolute gem. I was at a conference and a woman using a cane was unsure of what drink to get and he provided a sample of both to the table to make sure she got what she needed without having to come up to the bar. Genuine lovely service going above and beyond and we are so appreciative thank you Callum

We had a fantastic stay at Clayton Hotel Silver Springs! Our family really loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I especially want to give a shout-out to Naya at reception - she went above and beyond to support all our requests and made our stay truly memorable. This was a genuine 5-star hotel experience!
