A bit of the beaten track, but a great bus service just minutes from the hotel. We stayed for three nights end of June into July, nothing too much trouble for the very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel itself was clean and well presented. A little dark in places, especially the bedroom corridors, which could do with brightening up, some areas were a little tired looking. Our bedroom was comfortable and had all we needed. Overall a nice hotel.

Service was very bad, only one barman on. Ordered food & drink together, but it was at least 15 minutes before we got our drinks & 20 minutes for food. Went to Michael McIntyre in the Marquee same barman on when we came back. With a long que waiting to be served. Rooms are very good with a lovely view. The shower is broken. My husband had a very hot shower & I had a cold one 馃槱

Brian was an excellent host, professional and and attentive. His knowledge of drinks on offer and suggestions of choice by our descriptions were top notch. I highly recommend the bar at Clayton Silver Springs for any drink conisour.
Junior Bartenoer, the barrister, was friendly, approachable, and responded to our queries well. Overall, we received a good level of service.
One small point of feedback: it felt slightly intrusive to be asked for feedback during a sensitive conversation. While I understand the value of collecting feedback, it might be more appropriate to do so as guests are leaving the bar.
Aside from that, everything was good - thank you!

Disappointing. Rooms were good, staff were good, but the food was unusually poor. Location is good and it鈥檚 a good space, but the food honestly - it was strange.

Staff at Clayton Hotel Sliver Spings were warm welcoming and very attentive. Made the stay enjoyable. Olivia at breakfast was really kind and nothing was too much trouble.
Rooms were a little tired but clean, thank goodness for a fan in the room as there was no Air Conditioning.
Need to be aware of all the steps outside the hotel and it does not appear to have a ramp from car park to reception.
Overall, a pleasant stay.
