I've been here a number of times now (including twice in the one weekend because it's so good) and it always hits the mark. The service is very friendly and efficient and the food is out of this world! Highly recommend the pork belly, the croquettes, and the fig tempura. The ceviche is also excellent. Already planning my return.

We randomly stopped by at 530 looking for a table for 2 and they squeezed us in. Amazing atmosphere, superb food, great service. If I had to eat just one meal for the rest of my life their croquettes would be my choice —- they were so delicious

Stopped by for dinner after recommendations from a couple people we met in town, and it was truly fantastic! Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. One of the highlights of our trip. Definitely make a reservation as it's a popular spot!

Amazing food. Loved everything. Six in our group and we had almost the whole menu along with nice red wines.

I think it's one of the places I've eaten best in my life.
Everything simply delicious.
Very varied menu.
We had the herring, the scallops with apple and ginger and the fried chorizo meatballs... we had them twice because they were so good. Finally the pork belly. We were served the dishes in order of flavor intensity!
Slightly high prices, but quality and goodness cost money... and for us it was really worth it. A culinary experience we will not forget.
Highly recommended. Thank you!

I try not to be mean when I write these reviews, but, I've eaten at Michelin-starred and recommended restaurants in Asia, the United States and across Europe and I look for value for money as well as great, flavorful experiences. Not too keen on this experience. While it's attempting to celebrate local seafood, meats and produce, we found it suffered from what I call the "Jamie Oliver effect". Too much everything that smothered and didn't celebrate the central ingredient. Potatoes bravas smothered with too much salsa brava. A Crab meat brioche that buries the delicate crab flavor in too much sauce (and we nixed the truffle sauce). We ordered the fresh tomato salad and it had an incredible mildly pickled fennel in it, but, I know the season is ending, but the yellow tomatoes were mushy. Rock oysters were great. But that was the only course that celebrated and didn't overwhelm the main event. Great staff and service, but the food kind of all tasted the same towards the end.

Great spot in Dingle! We loved most of the dishes, a couple didn’t hit the mark for us. Would highly recommend the cheese board and the Mackerel tarts!
