We have visited here since it first opened. I find the coffee to be good and reliablely consistent.
We like their hot chocolate. We like their selection of treats and goodies. They have gluten free options and vegan options.
The staff are friendly and welcoming overall. Good for a quick chat.
It is wheelchair accessible. It can be a bit crowded though during rush hours.
We find it a bit dark. Sitting outside is pleasant enough.

The hot chocolate is to die for and the raspberry and white chocolate scone. I stopped in here with a group of friends and have been addicted since. I even got moody when they didn't have the scones as it's so good. It is very peaceful and I managed to finish an assignment in the coffee shop I legit want to go to town just to get the hot chocolate which I have done on a few occasions lol

Service is warm and welcoming, but occasionally slows down during peak times. The space is stylish and relaxed, ideal for a casual meet-up or solo break, though it can get a bit cramped and noisy when busy. Overall, it’s a solid 4/5 across the board — a place you’ll return to, even if it’s not flawless.

Best coffee in cork hands down! But the last few times I went there, they gave takeaway cups even when you sit in .. kinda rude and takes away from the experience

Soma truly is a wonderful, groovy experience!
Delicious coffee and treats, always great tunes on the go, outdoor seating, and a fantastic atmosphere with some of the loveliest baristas in all of cork city! Count yourself extra lucky if you get a coffee from Struan, he knows how to make the perfect coffee everytime!!
