Stopped here to get a bite to eat as I was staying up the road. The place is very nice and the view is pretty good as well. The service was great and the place seemed clean. I had the pizza and it was really good and pretty good size. I would definitely go bacon.

The only restaurant in the area, so it was very crowded. We didn't have a reservation, but they were very accommodating and we got a seat at the counter. It was a huge crowd, lots of people. The food was delicious, it was the highlight of the day after walking all day. The atmosphere was great! Thank you!

Food options for all the family, with a good number of options on the regular menu and always a few specials. Always a good holiday atmosphere in Spillane’s, and if the weather’s good at dinner time, lovely sunsets to be seen out front. Staff are friendly and efficient.

McGann's Pub

15/01/2026: Visiting Doolin in the very quiet month of January, McGanns was one of the few places open serving food. We went for lunch after a brisk cliff walk and loved the seafood chowder and vegetable soup. The Guiness and Irish coffee was great too. Service was friendly welcoming and efficient, and the fire burning was warm and cosy.
06/01/2026: Food was amazing and service was great! Nice decorations inside and there is free parking out back.

28/09/2025: We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious – every dish was beautifully prepared and presented. We truly enjoyed everything and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
