Stable Diet Cafe in Wexford

Wonderful cafe on South Main Street, Wexford. Service and ambience is excellent, food, emphasis on being healthy, is creative yet delicious…! I found my ideal breakfast location and my perfect breakfast! That is to say…real food, poached eggs, avocado, smoked salmon, hint of Balsamic vinegar…on sourdough toast…. 30 plus grams of protein…that is flavorsome, fresh and cooked to perfection…all menu items are creative, fresh and served in generous portions! It is not often I/we get to eat all we want to knowing that it is healthy and nutritious! I recommend you visit…food is phenomenal, staff polite and efficient.. and price(s) reasonable. My all time favorite place to eat! Joseph

Got brought here for breakfast. Food amazing,curried beans a novelty...which I love ❤️..would I return.? Absolutely Yes,big time.It has a wide menu covering most tastes. Coffee ☕️ is good. Staff and service was good. There is seating outside ,if it's not raining. Wonderful, clean, busy with interesting interior .

Really nice woman behind the counter, felt immediately at home when entering! Got reccomended their scones by a local who said it’s the best in town! And it was nice! With seeds and cranberries. Thank you for the generousity stable diet

I went here for breakfast for two days whilst visiting the town. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the food/coffee was fresh and of a generous size. I had porridge one day and on the other I had eggs/salmon/avocado on “Sourdough” bread(picture). Both dishes were delicious although I’m not so sure it was actual real sourdough bread. I may be wrong but it’s the only bread I eat normally and easy to spot the difference. Overall an excellent place to visit.

Literally the best coffee in Wexford 👍🏻 Got a cappuccino yesterday morning and it was honestly amazing.
