Supermac's in Oranmore

Fast food restaurant in Oranmore. Free street parking.

Very surprised when asking for VAT receipt that they said they don't give VAT receipts or nor did they seem to care, I asked nicely why that was the case and was told by the manager, "I don't control the tills if you want a recept, that's how they come ". (Very dismissive) Not good enough supermacs , I may have to email head office to express my concerns...staff lovely, manager not helpful at all.

As supermacs go this one is simply excellent. Have got takeaways and deliveres number times and always very good quality, hot and no mistakes. This branch is clearly very well managed, I hope Pat looks after the staff there........Side note I would love if it had subs counter too but I know space is tight.
