Supermac's in Mallow

The service was horrible at the cashier when I was served by a young man about 4 months ago and I never went back to eat at that place with my family.

I'm writing this review to show appreciation for the staff at Supermac's .. They service is very fast, friendly, helpful, and the food quality exceeded my expectations. The ice cream was lovely too.

Busy place with good options great bakery

As always welcomed and served quickly and with a smile. I've had a vast amount time there due to work but even at their peak times the food is always hot and fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful

In general I find Supermac food outlets of a higher standard than their competitors. I visited the Mallow premises yesterday. On every level the experience was good. Immaculate premises. Very well groomed, good humoured, helpful staff. The predictably good food was cooked perfectly and served at an appropriate temperature. All in all a very satisfying experience which I will hope to repeat.

Food tasted good in the end but got my order wrong twice. Staff were clearly over worked and stressed out. Unfair conditions. Will give it a pass next time
