The Arches Hotel in Baile chláir

Called in for lunch today. There was a good few people in restaurant. I was shown a table straight away and given a menu plus the specials of the day. I chose the fish pie special and a pint of orange cordial. Food and drink arrived promptly. The fish pie was out of this world, nice creamy mash with no lumps and plenty of fish in it. There was also serving of veg on the side which were how I like them, not overcooked.This was a good hearty meal served on time by lovely staff. Will definitely be back for more. Congrats to the owners and staff on the running of the Arches.

We got the roast beef special. It was pipping hot with mash and veg. Excellent. Service was quick, courteous, and helpful. I will be back. 2 dinners, 2 pints of larger €44. Good value.

We walked down from a neighborhood hotel and we're warmly greeted, given great service from start to finish and the food was simple but excellently cooked and beautifully presented. Great value as well
