Excellent food and friendly staff, very accommodating Edit: June2025 - popped in here again for some evening food with the kids. Great friendly staff, food was just ok(almost raw burger). Great band on outside

Gem of a pub, quick service and friendly staff :)

We felt truly at home at the Horse and Hound and enjoyed a fantastic three-course meal in the restaurant. The accommodation is a bit winding and has many steps, so you'll need to be a good walker, and there's no breakfast. However, there are delicious sweet and savory treats, as well as tea and coffee, right next door. From Delgany, it's a quick walk to Greystones. From there, we continued to Powerscourt Waterfall and then to the Wicklow Mountains.

Portion sizes very small for the main courses

The beer garden out the back is really lovely. Staff were excellent. Had dinner one night and it was fantastic. Nice atmosphere, good service and delicious food. Highly recommend.

Great spot, lively traditional bar, with fantastic restaurant. The food is incredible, and service is second to none. Gorgeous outdoor terrace and great cocktails. Highly recommend!

We are so lucky to have this little gem on our doorstep. A very pleasing menu with something for everyone. The mussels are a family favourite . The staff are all so welcoming and obliging, nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend it for pub grub. They also have a brilliant trad night on Wednesday its worth a visit.

Rooms are nice. Food is amazing. The Guinness is very nice.

The entire experience, from atmosphere to service, drinks to food, was absolutely lovely. I believe one eats with both eyes and mouth, as this talented chef clearly does, too. Every flavor was distinct - sauces were sublime - homemade pasta first rate. Do NOT miss this wonderful gem in Delgany! My husband's and my pescatarian diet was a non-issue - so many wonderful, fresh choices. Truly, this was our single best meal in a three week trip including London, Dublin & Delgany, Amsterdam, a Rhine cruise through France & Germany to Switzerland and back to London. That. Good. The Bellevue restaurant is located at the back of the (also excellent) Horse & Hound pub.
