Amazing hostel, clean as a whistle, art everywhere from local artists, lovely cafe built in, rooms were clean and cosy. Owner and staff are legends and there is huge attention to detail. Can't wait to come back ❤️❤️❤️

I stayed at The Black Sheep in October of 25’ for 5 nights and loved it. I’ve stayed in over 70 hostels over the years and this may have felt like home the most. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the building itself was full of character. The bikes for rent were convenient and perfect for an amazing day enjoying the national park next door! For an affordable stay 5 minutes from the park and 5 from the heart of the pubs in town, The Black Sheep is the obvious place to stay! Looking forward to returning again one day!🇮🇪

Fantastic place, can’t wait to go back there again. Warm, friendly, excellent facilities, hot showers, comfy beds, well equipped with personal light and power points… Superb!

The Black Sheep Hostel is great. The Hostel has a sort of antique charme. The doors are low, may be 1,80 meters. Be careful. You hear people walking above you as the wooden floor creak. The people are cool. If you prefer to have instead of instand coffee a good one, go to the front and you can buy a great variety.
