the Failte in Killarney

Went here for dinner and had a veggie burger with chips. Chips were hot and fresh and I liked the relish on the veggie burger, I appreciate that the burger had vegan cheese! Friendly staff and a nice drinks menu. I love the decor in the restaurant and bar. I only wish there were more vegetarian/vegan options!

My wife and I stumbled into this restaurant when one we were looking to go to next door was booked full for the evening. I’m glad it lead us here. We were greeted by a wonderful woman who I later found out had been here since 1960. The staff was friendly, and the food was great. The cider was also nice and cold. If you’re looking for a nice local spot, this is a great stop.

We had supper there after it was suggested by our tour Bus driver. He was correct in saying the food was great and the staff kind. I had a shank of lamb with a Guinness and it was extremely well cooked. Fall off the bones soft meat with a great taste. Recommend stopping by!

While on holiday in Killarney, we had lunch there as a family before catching our train (it's located very close to the station). An affordable restaurant, delicious fish and chips, quick service, and a great playlist. We highly recommend it!

My wife and I really enjoyed the environment inside of the pub last night. We had a great time listening to the music and we also had the pot roast beef plate. That was incredible. It was a really large serving and lots of good food they didn’t have it.
