The Cellar Bar, Cashel in Cashel legal

Dropped in for some late lunch and managed to get an outside seat as beautiful afternoon. Excellent service. Food perfect as always.

We had dinner there. The food was delicious. Everything was completely satisfactory. Our table was a bit far back. The ambiance wasn't as nice there. Ideally, you should reserve in advance and get a table closer to the front, which we found to be more rustic.

We travel to Mallow a few times a year. On the way home we always stop for our evening.

Grand place to stay in cashel. I have to say the staff were exceptional. Really nice staff in the reception and they went above and beyond to accommodate us with no booking in the restaurant on a busy Saturday. I have stayed in many hotels throughout the country but I have to say the staff in this hotel are exceptional. A credit to the business and the standards they obviously set. Just want to say thanks again to the people that looked after us for a really pleasant experience.

We didn’t stay in the hotel, only got a quick dinner after touring the castle. The food was great and service was great. One of the best on our trip
