Excellent hotel for children, staff were very friendly and polite. Fabulous hotel.

Was down for a work training day and stayed in the hotel. Great service from check in to the staff in breakfast this morning . Rooms were spotless and pool and gym facilities were really good. Great value for money

Room was dated and over looking a car park. It was tiny for a quad room with a massive divot in the floor which sneaked when stepped on. Resturant was way too quick with food, weatherspoons esc. Location is good and has a pool, didn't avail of the kids club so can't comment.

Nice hotel but has potential to be great with a few improvements especially breakfast , and rooms need a little more attention to detail.

I had my hen party at the Connacht Hotel this past weekend and the service was absolutely impeccable. There were many different events going on at the same time as our party, but we never once felt rushed or just part of a conveyor belt of parties - we were truly given the royal treatment throughout the weekend. Every member of the party commented on the fantastic service. My bridesmaids absolutely sang the praises of what a dream the Connacht Hotel team were to work with throughout the organisation stage. A special mention to Alanna, Sarah, Mirko, Pauric and Anthony for their warm welcome, professionalism and craic too! I could not possibly recommend the Connacht Hotel enough, particularly for special events like hen parties. A wonderful experience was had by all.

Great location to explore in and around Galway. The hotel is very nice. Rooms are good sized. My kids loved having the pool. Breakfast was always delicious.

Beautiful hotel inside, should be a 4 star not a 3 everywhere was very clean , bedrooms were comfortable buts needs updated ,staff are excellent at all there own jobs, very friendly
