The food was great, service was good. We had the roast of the day, the beef stew and the cottage pie. We all really enjoyed our meals.

Their cocktail of the month, Giddy Up, is quite possibly the best cocktail I've ever had. Service and food was wonderful as well. I'll definitely be back the next time I come to Galway.

Ideally located in the heart of Galway, we enjoyed a specialty dish with added beef. It was delicious and very generous. Excellent value for money.

We showed up on a busy Sunday night with no reservation, yet still got a table almost immediately. We shared the soup of the day and cheesy fries, then ordered an Irish stew and a beef burger, paired with a Guinness and an apple cider. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the portions were huge. We were too full for dessert, but I was intrigued by the drink of the month, Giddy Up — so I ordered it. It was so good that the next night, even though we already had dinner reservations elsewhere, we came back just to have another Giddy Up. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Very good. There weren't any free tables anywhere. A young man behind the bar served us very kindly. A tall, slender, serious, and very hardworking waitress held a small table for us downstairs while we checked if there was anything available upstairs, which we appreciated. Delicious food, both the soup and the chewdar. The stew was excellent.

A busy pub after the local race day on a long weekend. The zero beer is a way to this boys heart. Cheers !
