The Kings Head in Galway

Wonderful restaurant attached to a great pub! Had the Guinness stew while the wife had jumbo scallops. Can't go wrong with this place. Awesome live music as well.

Great locally sourced food, great taste. Nice wine.

Great bar. Kept finding ourselves returning to it whilst in Galway.

Loved this place! Can't believe it was so old. The food was amazing and definitely suggest this spot on the bustling restaurant row in Galway. I had the mackerel and smoked salmon to start and it was marvelous. Hubbs had the chowder and it was so nice without being to thick. Loved the dill in it. Mains were Lobster and Chips and I got the ribeye so we did our own surf and turf. We loved the place so much we bought the tshirts. Great meal and service!

Atmospheric place with very good food, prices not the lowest, but worth it :)

A very nice old pub with enough space. We were there at lunchtime. Unfortunately we had to order at the bar even though there was hardly anything going on - but that's probably usual for a pub. The glasses are full and the prices are normal. For a drink, I highly recommend this place

Lovely place to chill for drinks/ lunch or to catch live music in the city centre. This place has bags of character and a good vibe
