Bunratty is a great base if you're going to Thomond park and the Creamery is a fantastic pub to have a pint or three. Spent all day Friday there and the staff and locals were very friendly. Great selection of beers and Whisky. Would highly recommend

Went in randomly with my son. Waitress was very accomadating. My initial thought was that it was a tourist trap, but was suprised that the food quality was high. I will be returning

Very lovely cosy restaurant. The good is amazing and the quality is consistent. I went there two times over Christmas and never disappointed. I highly recommend this place. The staff are lovely and the place is so clean. I got a chicken dish and a non alcoholic drink.. really enjoyed it.

23/01/2025: Went for a super lovely birthday meal this evening. The starters & mains were all outstanding, along with the service. Would really recommend. We will be back.
27/11/2024: This is a restaurant that I loved coming to, but this time will probably be my last, the food was good the portions were very small, last Christmas I ordered the black sole €32 and it filled my plate, last week I ordered the John Dory €36 and it was the size of a sardine, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I can't understand restaurants serving small portions of food at and very high cost and think its okay,

Traditional Irish Night-Cornbarn at Bunratty Folk Park

19/02/2025: This was a great experience well worth going to see, especially if you have an interest in irish history, irish society in the past, or want to be nostalgic about your own experience of the past. Perfect for all generations. They have a great playground for kids between five and twelve, a nature walk with a fairy named Ellie and animals to see. The guy playing the police man is very good, so knowledgeable and passionate about irish history. A great day out for all. The castle itself is amazing, so we'll be preserved and quite fascinating. Really enjoyed it.
16/02/2025: A wonderful place to get a glimpse of old Ireland.
