It really is not good value for money. It's the same old thing. Less food on the plate but with inflated prices.

Usually really pleased with food and service, but went last week and the floor was filthy, steak was bought out overcooked and the waitress wasn't around so o couldn't let her know that it was over cooked and chewy. Disappointing as we usually enjoy it here

Reasonable food for reasonable price, quite busy on a Sunday at lunchtime, but they found space for us in the bar area.

An excellent evening meal in good company with excellent service from Safiya E who was very helpful and attentive.

what you expected from a beefeater and more great food and staff.

We had a delicious breakfast here. The place was very busy but they still managed to serve a fresh hot and delicious breakfast. Everything is included, juices, tea, coffee, toast, pastries, fruit and a delicious hot breakfast. The service was excellent. I think the restaurant could do with a makeover, the decor was very dated and damaged in places. Although everything was clean. There is lots of free parking but you need to register your vehicle registration at the reception as you enter.

Service was very good, but the roast was very disappointing, frozen potatoes not cooked enough, still cold and hard, turkey was disgusting, we would have sent it back but eating out with the family and we did not want to embarrass them. Saying that the gammon and chips were very nice But as a large family, We will not be going back.

We had a lovely dinner at the Beefeater (4 adults and 2 kids) - food was lovely, service was excellent! Thank you!
