Very bussy location. Excellent food. Fantastic staff. Ample parking. Always worth a visit.Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Haven't been to the Elm Tree in years. Food was gorgeous,atmosphere was electric,people getting into the swing of Christmas. The Christmas trees & lights both inside & out are fab. You'd really need to book in advance,we hadn't & were waiting 40mins for a table. Once we ordered,the food came out fairly quickly.

En nuestro camino al restaurante fui testigo de lo que parecían tres generaciones de una familia abrazándose mientras partían hacia casa, lo que significaba para mí que un gran día familiar en El Olmo acababa de ocurrir. Mum & Myself no tuvo que esperar mucho tiempo para una mesa, ya que el gerente (Eoin) tenía un sistema de colas de estilo muy militar donde sus ensuciadores (personal de espera) se comprometían constantemente con los que estaban en la fila (en la fila siendo un asiento cómodo en el bar con una bebida) en el progreso de nuestra mesa. (Gran comienzo) , Poco después, nos escoltaron a una mesa espaciosa encantadora junto a un árbol de Navidad. Nuestro camarero ''Conor'' era muy conocedor del menú, condujo sus deberes muy profesionalmente y fue muy amable. El ambiente de la música festiva y la decoración de lujo realmente nos entusiasmó ante la posibilidad de que estábamos a punto de tener una gran experiencia.
Decidimos tener entrante / principal / postre en lugar de solo nuestro principal habitual solo , no porque teníamos mucha hambre, sino curiosidad por la maravillosa selección en el menú.
Las alitas de pollo ardientes estaban deliciosas lamiendo los dedos y se sentían como una porción principal que la de un entrante, sin embargo, creo que rompimos el récord de lo rápido que las limpiamos del plato. Los dos pedimos la hoja de plumas de carne de res y cuando llegó a la mesa me sentí como si me acabasen de servir los chefs de ''Masterchef los profesionales'' programa de televisión. Era simplemente exquisito. La atención al detalle en la presentación igualó a la de un restaurante con estrella Michelin y cualquiera de los principales críticos gastronómicos sin duda marcaría este plato principal un merecido 10 / 10.
Siguió el postre... Brownie de chocolate de lujo servido con una compota de frambuesa y helado de vainilla con salsa de chocolate (tengo la impresión de que el equipo de chocolateros de Lindt hizo esta) y la tarta de granola de bramley casera con helado de vainilla bourbon. Recuerda haberle dicho a mi mamá que el pastelero debería ser honrado con la libertad de la ciudad.
Puedo decir con confianza que esta fue simplemente ''La mejor comida que he comido''.
Bien hecho a todo el equipo en este increíble establecimiento

We had a party of seven on Saturday
The Food, staters of pork belly and pate was excellent the main courses of baked fish, chicken, Federblade beef, and burgers were all excellent
Also the young lady that served us who was very busy with others managed her time so well we all got looked after she was so gracious polite and had a great sense of humour a true asset to the restaurant

We were a party of 17 people.
Food was alright, the majority commented about how salty the food was. Ordered the Black and Blue burger. It wasn't great. The burger was dry, the pudding was dry. and that is the three star for food.
The reservation was made weeks in advance, and was mentioned it was for a family reunion, and we arrived and we had to be seated in two separate tables which made it awkward socialising while having your meal, and just defeated the purpose of the dinner of getting the family in one table! We were not impressed at all!- That is the one star for atmosphere
There were confusions with orders, other tables orders coming to ours and so on. That's the three star for Service

Staff were super friendly and food was beautiful. Really big portions also. Highly recommend this place, It was very busy when we arrived and we had a booking as there was 14 of us. Probably best to make a reservation.

We went for dinner yesterday, and although it wasn't our first time at this restaurant, it was the first time we were negatively surprised. Such a beautiful place, with delicious food and above-average prices, naturally leads to the expectation of top-notch service.
We ordered a bottle of wine, and the staff member simply placed it on the table and walked away without opening or serving it. I’ve never had to open a bottle and serve myself in any restaurant.
Another point to mention: as we were almost finishing our meal, eating, talking, and taking pauses (placing the cutlery in the break position, which indicates we were still eating), a staff member asked if they could clear the plates. This was a bit surprising, as the cutlery clearly indicated otherwise.
Overall, the experience was great, but I’d suggest that for a restaurant with such a strong reputation, it would be beneficial to invest a bit more in staff training. Additionally, when the bill is requested, it would be more convenient to bring the card machine to the table, making the experience even smoother. But the food is absolutely delicious and we strongly recommend the Feather blade.

Un gran grupo de nosotros reservó y condujo desde Mallow. Primera visita para la mayoría de nosotros y las primeras impresiones fueron buenas. La disposición de los asientos era un poco extraña y apretujada en un espacio estilo U.
El servicio fue excelente y se prestó suficiente atención a la mesa.
Las opciones de menú a la carta fueron geniales y todos disfrutaron de sus comidas. Volvería para otro intento con un grupo más pequeño.
