As always, freshest fish, impeccable but friendly service and great atmosphere. They now have a cute bar upstairs so you can have a drink whilst you wait for your table to become available- very clever ❤️

We had a long day installing a marquee for stretch tents Ireland in Dingle last week and this place was a ray of light at the end of the day. Best fish iv had in a long time we will be back when we come to take it down in the new year 🙏

Top 2 fish and chips in Ireland! Loved all the sauce options - I got takeout as I was exhausted and a sooo diner so I got to bring to my hotel room! Was an amazing snack that night - if I was in dingle would be top of my list to visit again!

Celebrated my boyfriend’s 30th here last Saturday night. There was 12 people under this booking and everything complimented the great staff and delicious food. The staff even went to the effort of getting a cake and singing happy birthday. I would most certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for great fresh food in dingle.

We had the fish box to share and it was plenty for the two of us. It was ready at a really speedy pace! The batter on the fried pieces were crunchy and also full of flavor. The portion to price ratio felt like a bang for the buck! The mayo sauce and tartare sauce were nice condiments to the dish but almost didn't need them! Loads better than Reels Dingle Fish IMO

Lovely bar upstairs to have a good Dingle whiskey before and after a great meal. Very nice place.

We stumbled upon fish box when looking for a last minute table, for 6 people on a windy, wet night! They couldn't squeeze us in straight away but told us to wait 25 mins and recommended a great bar up the road to try while we waited. The staff were so friendly and fun and we felt really welcome! The menu was great, loads of gluten free options and varied selection of dishes. Everyone in our party really enjoyed it!

During our 4 days stay at Dingle, we had 3 meals at Fish Box. Excellent quality, good value for money. The service was quick. They all were gas and always with a sweet smile. The vegetarian option of Tadka Dahl was very yummy and filling

This restaurant came highly rated. There was a line and a wait. But when we were searched the fish and chips were 3rd rate. Jake was the chosen fish. It was mushy and lacked the flaky structure of a proper Irish Fish and Chip meal. The chips were fragments—as if from the bottom of somewhere. The salad served in the plate was overloaded with red onion that overpowered the attempt to offer a light balance to the meal. The reason this restaurant least achieved a 3 was due in dual part to the amazing job done by the Host. He was professional and friendly. The wait staff was adequate but not exceptional. What was also excellent was the seafood chowder. This cup will be in my dreams for weeks. I would recommend another restaurant if visiting Dingle— if you want high quality Fish and Chios!
