Good spot to meet friends before nipping across the bridge to the Gate / Arc Cinema. Craft beers give you an opportunity to sample new tastes, as the bar does not serve the mass produced draft beers. I will be back.

Great craft beer pub in Cork, overlooking the Lee. Bartender was jovial and inviting as were the regulars as they wandered in. Would absolutely return if I found myself in Cork again.

Great spot. People need to go there and support these places that serve great beer before they disappear. No frills like a proper boozer

This place is my local for a reason. Consistently fun events, great drink selection, and the best bar staff in Ireland. Cork wouldn't be the same without it.

Visited here tonight with friends, visiting from Cardiff. Great selection of IPA on tap and nice staff behind the bar. 100% we will visit again when we are in Cork

My favourite spot in Cork.
Unique, safe, inviting and great selection of pints on tap for a small bar.
Mike, Ellen, Dai and all the staff are absolute gems and create such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
If you are looking for a spot with character, good craic, that's welcoming and has a great culture of warmth and clientele with openness for chats, I highly recommend!
There is seating at the bar, window seats, out the front and upstairs so you can always find a spot thats somewhere that suits you. Whether it's a chat at the bar or a cosy spot to have a catch up or a board game with friends.
If you are a woman/femme that likes to go for a drink on your own the odd time this is also the spot for you. Very queer friendly space and as a woman I have never been bothered or made feel uncomfortable there, which is something I have never managed to find consistently in other bars.
Regular creative events and fundraisers, and have been so helpful in hosting fundraisers and a space for meetings for activist groups I have been involved with.
Literally can't talk more highly about this spot.

The Best Pub in Cork, Chill Vibes, Great Atmosphere and Tasty Tasty Pints.
The Bar Staff are the Friendliest to be found in Cork and Mike is an Absolute Gentleman.
All the Beers here are Independent Brews and there is a Range to suit All Tastes which Rotates regularly.
The more Uncharitable might call this bar Small or Snug, but it has Big Character and is the Perfect Place for a few Gentle Pints in an Intimate Setting.
A Real Community.
P. S. Beware the Wicked Wednesday Quiz.

My girlfriend and I happened to bumble in here on pub trivia night (Wednesday), which was great fun. The unique decor is cozy old tavern filtered through a teenage boy's bedroom, I'm glad i didn't encounter any crusty socks, but I'm not sure if I'd have been surprised if I did. Good selection of liquor as well as a fanatical devotion to the master thespian, Sir Nicolas Coppola. Great Craic!
